Main Street in Clarence’s newest development, Willow Square of Clarence (9500 Main Street), held their grand opening celebration last night with local officials, media and members from the community on-hand.
Stephen Development’s latest project is a great “win” for Main Street in Clarence. On the site at the corner of Main Street and Goodrich Road in the heart of Clarence, the company razed an aging motel and redeveloped the property into a contemporary retail and living space.
The project has created 25 new high-end apartments and over 11,000 sq. feet of commercial space. The first three shops opening at Willow Square are all first-time businesses by owners with years of experience behind them. Canvas Salon and Gallery, a hair salon that also serves as an art gallery space, opened in March. Destination Massage, a multi-service spa, and Murphy Brown’s Craft Beer Emporium are both opening in the coming weeks.
Willow Square’s 25 apartments and townhomes feature convenient apartments with high end style and amenities. The apartments were built for renters with an active lifestyle in mind. The apartments and community feel of Willow Square is especially conducive to young medical and business professionals who have busy lives and choose to live a suburban lifestyle.
