This morning, the cutting of the ribbon by the Yu family and local dignitaries signaled a new chapter for the Clarence Hollow Bistro & Brew. The restaurant and pub celebrated the opening of their newly expanded facility. The beautiful expansion included a newly built dining room that seats 50 people, a private party room that seats 45 people, and a cool patio that features a two-sided fireplace. Many well-wishers were in attendance to witness the ribbon-cutting and enjoy some appetizers and beverages.

The alluring new addition to the Clarence Hollow Bistro & Brew is a game changer for both the business and Main Street in Clarence. With the expanded space will come additional opportunities to serve more guests in various capacities.  Before the addition, the Bistro already had “buzz” in Western New York culinary circles…with this new chapter it is shaping up to become a major dining destination bringing people into our community.
