Whether you’re looking for a spandex-wearing, long haired 80’s metal band, a glass of red among a jazz guitar ambiance art gala, or a spooky Halloween themed experience amongst a local jam band we’ve got the inside scoop.
There is an indescribable buzz about Tuesdays at Murphy Brown’s. The acoustic blues jam is turning heads. This week you can catch the heavily praise

d guitar extraordinaire Chuck Derose sitting in with me, AJ “AppleJack” Tetzlaff.
The Hollow Bistro and Brew is certainly heating up in these colder temperatures with

soothing acoustic acts on its Tuesday and Friday nights. You can catch the very talented Garrett Shea this Tuesday and Brian Richards on Friday. If you were fortunate enough to purchase tickets for their private Art Wine and Dine Event, you can catch the never ending talents of Shawn Duchscherer, who happens to also foster the sound waves of our Clarence Farmers Market on Saturday morning.

Penny Lane Café has consistently brought in some of highest rated bands and performers that the local scene has to offer. Musicians have become so eager to perform at this venue that even when they can’t book dates for months out, they’ll freely attend the nearly famous Open Mic night on Thursday. Experience it for yourselves amongst The Sharon Bailey Band (Saturday) or the local band of allstars The Other Band.
Our featured musician of the week is Drew Azzinaro. Drew is the lead guitar player of the

Little Mountain Band; who happens to be playing in The Great Pumpkin Farm’s new Halloween themed bar, The Witches Brew, this Saturday. Not only is he fast and light-fingered on the fretboard of his guitar, but if you watch him closely you’ll notice how he exhales during his solos hitting every note as if he was singing his intentions with melodic majesty. Drew’s jazz inspired backgrounds make him our guitar phenomenon of the week.
