The Hollow Bistro & Brew (10641 Main Street) was recently named one of the “Top 50 Burger Restaurants” in upstate New York by the website NewYorkUpstate.com. Of course, the Bistro is known for a lot more than burgers…but we gotta say, The Hollow Burger is insanely good. The Hollow Burger contains an 8 oz beef patty, with bacon, crumbled blue cheese, topped with a fried egg on a pretzel bun! If that’s not enough, it comes with a side of yummy homemade potato chips. The Hollow Bistro & Brew made it on the list for receiving high marks by customers on Yelp and Trip Advisor. Do yourself a favor and go try one of these burgers. You’ll thank us later.
