Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Returns Wednesday to Clarence Town Park

What’s better on a long summer night than a free outdoor concert? The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra agrees, and they’ll be returning to Clarence for a free concert Wednesday July 18th at 7pm at the Clarence Town Park, 10405 Main Street.

Enjoy a relaxing summer evening as the Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Stefan Sanders, performs music from John Williams, Leonard Bernstein, John Philip Sousa, Irving Berlin, and more. Chris Vasquez, winner of the “Buffalo Sings” contest held by the BPO earlier this year, will sing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

These annual BPO events have become something of a Main Street tradition. If you’ve never attended, why not make this the year you start. Plan to bring your folding chairs, a blanket and (pro tip!) some bug spray and marvel at a world-class orchestra gracing the stage on our very own Main Street in Clarence.

The event is once again made possible in part by a sponsorship from Kelly Schultz Antiques, 11145 Main St in Clarence.
