Canvas Salon and Gallery (9520 Main Street) and The Hollow Bistro & Brew (10641 Main Street) Present Artist Kathleen Sherin during their 4th Annual ART WINE DINE Thursday November 8th.

The evening begins at Canvas Salon & Gallery with Sherin’s opening reception at 5:30pm with complimentary appetizers, wine and beer – followed at 7pm by a ticketed Wine Pairing Dinner at The Hollow Bistro & Brew. The Wine Pairing Dinner will be tastefully presented with exclusive pieces from Kathleen Sherin, in which partial proceeds will benefit Headbands of Hope’s donation to Oishei Children’s Hospital.

Limited tickets are available for purchase at both Canvas Salon & Gallery and The Hollow Bistro & Brew, $100 per seat (includes tax and gratuity). A truly interactive and provoking evening to meet the artist and get a first view of pieces available for purchase.

Sherin attributes some of her visual inspiration to the years she worked as an emergency room RN and educator at Children’s Hospital Buffalo, a personal fascination with human sensory and psychological issues, and an attraction to abstract systems in science and math. In her stylistically recognizable prints she intertwines and overlays imagery derived from these varied sources to create visually poetic compositions.

Kathleen Sherin’s work will be on exhibit and available for purchase at Canvas Salon & Gallery through the end of December 2018.
