We are blessed in Clarence with a nice selection of musical events in the summertime months. From large public events to intimate concerts, Main Street in Clarence has some interesting music lined up this summer. Here are “Five must see music events on Main Street this summer.
Sunday, July 3, 2016 – The Boys of Summer – Hollowfest, Clarence Town Park. For 25 years, people have been flocking to see one of WNY’s favorite party band. The will be playing one of Clarence’s biggest celebrations “Hollowfest!”
Friday & Saturday, July 15-16, 2016 Rock the Barn, 9915 Main Street. A little bit of rock n’ roll (Fare Trade) and country music (Caitlyn) are the headliners for the 12th annual fundraising concert for Meals on Wheels.
Wednesday, July 20th – Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra at Clarence Town Park. Simply put…do not miss this free concert put on by the world-class Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Last year’s concert brought thousands to the Town Park. A memorable night, for sure!
Thursday, August 4, 2016 -6:30 p.m. – FlipSide at Asa Ransom House. FlipSide has been voted four times “Buffalo’s Best Classic Pop Band” at the Buffalo Nightlife Music Awards. Asa Ransom House hosts a summer concert series on their front lawn each summer. Bring a lawn chair.
Sunday, August 7, 2016 – Dancing Under the Stars with the Buffalo Jazz and Swing Band. Enjoy the sweet sounds of jazz and swing on the final evening of the Clarence Summer Concert Series at the Clarence Town Park.
